Q: When did you start playing soccer?

A: I started playing soccer probably during kindergarten. I don’t even remember, but I had park district then club. I played for Galaxy soccer club. So it’s never really started or ended.

Q: Why did you decide to start playing soccer?

A: Well, I don’t really remember having a say in it because my brother did it so I was just kind of forced to do it. But I learned to love it.

Q: What would you say is the best thing about soccer?

A: I look forward to going to practice everyday, and I really like the relationships that I build with my teammates.

Q: Is there anything you don’t like about soccer?

A: All the running. It gets to be a little too much.

Q: How well do you think your team will do this season?

A: We have a solid core group of guys this year, and this is the closest team that I’ve ever been on. Our goal is to win sectionals, but I think if we keep working, we can go a lot farther.

Q: As you’ve grown, how do you think you have evolved as a soccer player?

A: I’ve always been a more technical player, and I’ve never been the biggest. I guess I’m just quick, and I’ve never really changed.

Q: Do you think that you’re going to play college soccer?

A: I would love to, but we will see how it goes.
