Q: What is the best thing about your sport?

A: I love being able to be part of a team. It’s really fun meeting new people, and getting to play other high schools is a lot fun.

Q: What is the worst thing about your sport?

A: [It’s] probably the commitment. It’s really hard with time management. And I’d have to say the running part. Sometimes you get really tired, and [you’re] really hard on yourself. It’s a lot of self-work at home, going on runs by yourself and working as hard as you can at practice, which will make you a better player.

Q: How have you evolved as an athlete over the years?

A: Probably by being a better teammate and being there for my team. And just always trying to have that component of finishing chances, and everything like that.

Q: What coaches and/or mentors have guided you throughout the years?

A: Definitely my parents and club coaches, as well as Coach Kuehne and Goletz have pushed me really hard to make me become the best player I can be.

Q: How are you looking to continue your sport outside of high school?

A: I do want to play college soccer, at the best school I can, and just work my way up there and be the best player I can be.

Q: What important contributions do you make to the team?

A: I try to always be there for my teammates, with making good plays, winning on the air, finishing chances for them, to be a really good teammate.
