Sofia Oliveira, Staff Writer
Sofia Oliveira is a junior at Naperville North and is excited to contribute to the student community by writing for The North Star this year. She is ready to explore different ways of allowing news to reach students at North. At the beginning of the year, she swims for Naperville North Girls Swim & Dive, but swims at Wheaton Swim Club during the rest of the year and in the summer. Sofia also is the USG of Communications for the school's Model UN.
Lucy Rubenstein, Special Projects Editor
Lucy Rubenstein is eager to begin the numerous festivities of senior year, including being the special projects editor for The North Star. She looks forward to finding the many perspectives and ideas of the student body at North and representing the culture of the school as a whole. Outside of the newsroom, Lucy is an involved competitive dancer and dance teacher assistant at her dance studio. Additionally, she is excited to start participating in Senior Board here at North.
