Decisions, decisions

By Staff Writer Mitch Kelly

Homecoming and all school dances require decisions. Who to ask. How to ask. What to wear. Once that’s all figured it, one of the biggest decisions of the night must be made. Where to go to dinner with your Homecoming group?  Here a sampling of a few of the best places post-dance dinner spots in Naperville:

1.     La Sorrela Di Francesca (630) 961-2706

Story continues below advertisement

Pros: Moderately Priced, Great Italian Food, Relaxing atmosphere

Cons: Can be loud on a busy night, hard to find parking

Suggestions: Park at the Van Buren Parking Garage because there is usually spots available

2.     Ted’s Montana Grill (630) 848-2255

Pros: Great American food, inexpensive. Fantastic burgers, service and atmosphere

Cons: Parking is scarce

Suggestions: Keep your group to 10 or fewer because the accommodations have a tendency to get crowded

3.     Hugo’s Frog Bar (630) 548-3764

Pros: Delicious steaks and seafood; quiet and conservative atmosphere, perfect for an intimate dinner with for two.

Cons: Prices. It’s a very expensive place, but if you’re willing to pay for it, Hugo’s has some of the best food in town

Suggestions: Come with just your date and yourself

4.     Sullivan’s Steak House (630) 305-0230

Pros: Fun but conservative atmosphere, friendly and relatable waitresses; steak, seafood, and baked botatoes will blow your mind…

Cons: …. unfortunately, so will the prices. Expect a bill of around $40-70 per couple

Suggestions: Another great place for you and your date to have dinner without a large group; double dates here would be perfect

5.     Lou Malnatis (630) 717-0700

Pros: You can’t go wrong with a classic– everybody loves Lou’s pizza. Pasta dishes are just as appetizing. Great prices and service with large group accommodations

Cons: Slightly noisy

Suggestions: Order pizza to keep costs down; large pizza is only about $20.
